Acceptance of Terms
By using Tuhur, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Description of Service
Tuhur is a faith-centered, non-profit and non-political project of Lagbe Foundation. It provides mosque discovery, prayer time management, Islamic educational content, event publishing, donation pledges and spiritual reflection tools. Our services are provided free of charge to all users.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Mosque & Content Data
Prayer times and mosque information are managed by mosque administrators. While we strive for accuracy, Tuhur does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Users should verify critical information directly with their local mosque.
Donations
All donations to Tuhur are voluntary. Tuhur does not take online payments: donations are sent directly to the mobile-banking numbers shown on the Donate page, and a pledge recorded in the app is only a record. Tuhur is a non-profit, non-political project of Lagbe Foundation. Lagbe Foundation’s registration with RJSC as a society is in progress. Donations are used solely for the maintenance and development of the platform and its community services.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and technology on Tuhur are the property of Tuhur or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Tuhur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
